My name is Georgina, Lightworker and master Reiki practitioner.
Practicing Reiki, sacred rituals and mindfulness have transformed my mind and spirit. They helped me heal past trauma and emotional wounds and brought invaluable inner peace to my life.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice based on the belief that there's a universal life energy flowing through all living things.
During a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the recipient's body. The intention is to guide the flow of "ki" (life energy) to areas where it may be blocked or depleted.
Reiki is not a massage; it involves gentle touch or hovering of the hands, not manipulation of muscles. Your Mistik Holistic Studio session will also include sage smudging, crystal and sound therapies.
